What should I do if I have a swatch or swatches missing?

| The swatches stick together easily and many people accidently tape two down together. Double check under each swatch to make sure you have only taped one down on each space on the mounting sheet. It is highly unlikely that the swatch or swatches is/are actually missing. If you still cannot find the swatch(es) after rechecking the ones that are mounted do the following:
1. Click on the swatch kits section of the website and click on the swatch kit that you are using. You will see a link to a pdf of the master list. This link contains pictures of the fabrics mounted in order on the mounting sheets.
2. Locate the area where your swatch is missing. Send us an email to textilefc@textilefabric.com or call us at 800-210-9394. We will send you the swatch ASAP. Be sure to include your complete mailing address. |

Do you accept returns?
